Welcome!

Welcome and thank you for being a new Apple Creek client!  Below you will find brief descriptions of a few of our general practices.

Client Portal:

Clients with access to the Apple Creek client portal can view invoices and payment activity, make payments and print documents in one convenient place.

Please reach out to the office if you have questions about your service or would like to utilize the Apple Creek client portal.

Communication:

We occasionally send out our Apple Creek News email to clients.  It contains updates, affiliated business offers and information about new services

You will receive an e-mail welcoming you to the Apple Creek News. It will ask you to click a link to confirm your subscription.

With the increase in fraudulent & phishing emails lately, we wanted to warn you, so that you know it is a legitimate email from Apple Creek.

If you don't want to receive Apple Creek News again, there will also be an Unsubscribe link towards the bottom of that email.  Unsubscribing will not effect the emailing of invoices, statements or project completion reports.

Contracts:

We utilize Adobe Acrobat for electronic signatures on all contracts.  Please look for an email from "Jennifer Roe (adobesign@adobesign.com)".

It will contain the link to your contract and instructions for esigning.

Invoices:

An invoice will be emailed to you after each service.  There is a Pay Now button that will allow you to pay it with a credit card, PayPal or Venmo.

If you prefer you can mail a check to us at PO Box 239, White Mills, PA 18473.

Occasionally a client has reported that invoices sent directly from our invoicing software have been redirected to their junk or spam folders.  This seems more prevalent with @AOL, @Comcast and business email addresses.

Please add Office@applcreeklandscaping.org to your Safe Sender list or Whitelist, if your email software has one.

If you have a question or concern about your invoice, please reply to the email or call our office.

Project Completion Reports:

Each project completed for a client not in residence at the property will trigger a Project Completion Report to be emailed to the client.  It will contain photos and remarks concerning the completed project.

Service Alerts:

We have found the quickest way to get important information out to clients is to utilize social media.  In the event of a local wildfire or severe weather event affecting services, we will post the information on Facebook and Instagram.

Again, we welcome you as a new Apple Creek customer and look forward to working with you in the years to come.
